WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR OUR GRADE 9-12 CLASSES AS SPOTS OPEN UP.
If you are interested in applying for entry into a grade 9-12 class, please download the application form and questionnaire below. Please send it to us along with a photograph and copy of your most recent report card. You may email your application to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax it to 604-713-8937 of drop it off to our school at the main office.
As part of the selection process, you will be called for an interview. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
GRADE 7 APPLICANTS 2018-19
Beginning FALL 2017
INFO NIGHT – grade 7 parents and students – November 6, 7 pm in the Learning Commons/Library
Students must apply to the Program by December 21st, 2017 as well as write an assessment test on November 21st administered by the Vancouver School Board.

APPLICATION FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE:
Please download and complete the two documents listed below and bring your application package to the John Oliver Main Office on or before December 21st. Please address your package to Mini School and hand it to our receptionist in the main office.
Online Registration for Test opens: October 27th, 2017
Test Registration Deadline: November 9th, 2017 NO EXCEPTIONS
Cognitive and Writing Test: November 21st, 2017
Application Deadline: December 21st, 2017
INTERVIEWS – will be conducted January 30-February 1, 2018 (only students being offered interviews will be contacted)
first offers – February 20 acceptance – February 22 by noon
second offers – March 1 acceptance – March 2 by noon
First offers will be sent via email on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018.
Second offers will be sent via email on March 1st, 2018.
If you do not receive an email, your child was not selected.
