WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR OUR GRADE 9-12 CLASSES AS SPOTS OPEN UP.
If you are interested in applying for entry into a grade 9-12 class, please download the application form and questionnaire below. Please send it to us along with a photograph and copy of your most recent report card. You may email your application to email@example.com, fax it to 604-713-8937 of drop it off to our school at the main office.
As part of the selection process, you will be called for an interview. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
GRADE 7 APPLICANTS 2018-19
Beginning FALL 2018
INFO NIGHT – grade 7 parents and students – November 5, 7 pm in the Learning Commons/Library
Students must apply to the Program by December 20st, 2018 as well as write an assessment test on November 20th administered by the Vancouver School Board.
To register for this test please visit http://www.vsb.bc.ca/programs/mini-school-registration between October 26th – November 8th, 2018.
APPLICATION FORM AND QUESTIONNAIRE:
Please download and complete the two documents listed below and bring your application package to the John Oliver Main Office on or before December 20th. Please address your package to Mini School and hand it to our receptionist in the main office.
Online Registration for Test opens: October 26th, 2018
Test Registration Deadline: November 8th, 2018 NO EXCEPTIONS
Cognitive and Writing Test: November 21st, 2018
Application Deadline: December 20th, 2018
INTERVIEWS – will be conducted January 2019 (only students being offered interviews will be contacted)
first offers – February 20 acceptance – February 22 by noon
second offers – February 28 acceptance – March 1 by noon
First offers will be sent via email on Tuesday, February 20th, 2019.
Second offers will be sent via email on February 29th, 2019.
If you do not receive an email, your child was not selected.
